All-in-one turntable users without adjustment should play it on another set-up turntable. We cannot exchange or return the defective playback caused by a device problem.

- If the caliber/label attachment of the center hole is not smooth, it may be difficult to exchange or return it as a reason that may inevitably occur during production.

- There is often noise due to dust or fine foreign substances in the needle, so please check the condition of the record after cleaning it with a dedicated cleaning product.

- Reasons such as bursting plastic packaging or tearing or falling marks on advertising stickers attached are not subject to exchange or return.

- Most of the products manufactured and imported from Japan are open plastic packaging

- Color vinyl may cause color differences or spots (spots) during the manufacturing process of mixing dyes. It is not defective and is not subject to exchange or return.
