Good condition. The cover has some wear on the edges. The book is currently bound and no pages are falling out (p. 213 is a glossy paper and is loose - use extreme caution with this page). The very center of the book is starting to loosen a little bit. The inside cover page had personal writing on it but has been mostly erased. There is a slight water stain near the inside of the bind (as shown on table of contents image) up to page 15 or so. There is a blue line across the table of contents information, and tape stuck on page and and page 2.

It has been in a storage building for a very long time and has a smell to it, but I would not describe it as musty or moldy. Where it was stored was dry and hot.
