This album was also released in many diferent years different countries. In was then re issued and released over 10 times throughout the years in different formats. This is the 1st United States Warner Bros. Records stereo release, Collectors item. Very rare find. Produced by Bob Prince.

Record Grade VG+ = ONE OWNER. Purchased new in New York City in 1960. Looks and sounds great. Very well maintained. Just listened to both sides of the whole album with headphones on and it plays very beautiful. The vinyl looks beautiful. Little to no surface noise at all. No skips or jumps. Difficult to find this rare vintage stereo recording in such nice condition. (see pictures)
Jacket Grade VG = Very well maintained. We kept it on our shelf in plastic cover all these years. The jacket is very sturdy. Normal corner wear from regular shelf use. No writing. Small tape along top middle jacket to protect seem split. Firm spine. A strong clean jacket for a58 year old album. (see pictures)

Paul Desmond (born Paul Emil Breitenfeld, November 25, 1924 – May 30, 1977) was an American jazz alto saxophonist and composer, best known for his work with the Dave Brubeck Quartet and for composing that groups biggest hit, "Take Five". He was one of the most popular musicians to come out of the cool jazz scene.
In addition to his work with Brubeck, he led several groups and collaborated with Gerry Mulligan, Chet Baker, Jim Hall, and Ed Bickert. After years of chain smoking and poor health, Desmond succumbed to lung cancer in 1977 following one last tour with Brubeck.
