Returns Welcome!
We do offer returns through our website! Click Here to visit our eBay Returns page with complete details about returns. Fees apply.
Due to recent eBay return policy changes returns through eBay are not flexible enough for our offerings. Therefore we are not able to accept returns through eBay.
Our return period for all merchandise is 15 days. After 15 days, approval of returns will be at our discretion. Any late returns we allow will be subject to a minimum additional 10% late return fee.
Except for error on our part or damage in shipping, mouthpiece returns will be assessed a 10% sanitizing and cleaning fee (as long as it meets our standard return policy). Gold and other special order mouthpiece returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee due to the custom nature of the item.
Returned items must be in such a condition that they can still be sold as new items. This includes the product-specific packaging. All returned items must be unblemished, with no nicks, dents, gouges, scrapes, and/or scratches. Any damaged returns will be charged a minimum 50% fee (in addition to any applicable re-stocking fee).
Except in the case of an error on our part, all shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If a credit is issued due to our error, please allow 2 weeks for refunds to post. Please note some banks can take up to one full billing cycle to post your credit. Consult your banks policies for more information.

Choosing Your Leadpipe (Mouthpipe)
The venturi (construction) and rate of taper in the leadpipe affect the trumpets characteristic sound. Like the bell, leadpipes with fast tapers result in warm tones, while slow tapers produce bright sounds.
Bach offers several leadpipe options. Musicians desiring a more open, less resistant instrument should consider the reversed construction. By eliminating a step where the pipe connects to the main tuning slide, the air moves more freely. Reversed construction results in a longer pipe maintaining constant taper for improved intonation.
Optional Leadpipe Installation
Need your new leadpipe installed? Youre in luck! We do installation right here in our shop. For only $129.00 you can have your new leadpipe installed on your horn by one of our skilled repair technicians and shipped back to you.
The installation price includes the difference in shipping within the contiguous United States and insurance for your trumpet. This price does not include any lacquer for your new bell. Installing a new bell may leave minor cosmetic blemishes and/or solder spots that lacquer usually hides. Contact us if youd like to have lacquer added to trumpet after installation and for shipping prices outside of the United States.
