Delft Blauw Erven Lucas Bols bulbous handled jug features windmill scene on one side of body, and blue flowers and leaves decoration. Measures 5-3/4" tall x approx. 5-1/2" diameter at widest point on body. Marked on bottom, "Erven Lucas Bols, Anno_1575, Amsterdam, Holland, Delft Blauw." This is a used piece and shows visible signs of wear and use. No chips or cracks, but visible scuff marks and scraches on body in several spots, consistent with moderate use and handling. Several small "pepper marks" and blue glaze run marks on discoloration in several spots on body.
