My settings automatically accept returns for any reason, including items that sadly dont fit. Please let me know as soon as possible that you will be returning an item. Ive added detailed measurements for each item, so please do check these to avoid wasted time and postage costs. In the case of clothing, please compare to your own favourite jacket when laid flat, in order to get an idea of fit. Within the UK I always pay the outbound postage, in the event of a return, I ask that the return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

I guarantee all of my items to be authentic. I have over 10 years experience of working with items specific to this brand. I am an expert in my field, and I am frequently asked for my expertise in authentication of Burberry. SHIPPING & HANDLING
Within the UK, I ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24, or for high value items, Special Delivery. I frequently ship worldwide, this includes the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, China and the rest of the world. I usually post via Royal Mail international tracked and signed. I upload tracking details as soon as I have them, so you may follow the progress of your item. Items will usually be sent within 3 working days of cleared payment, unless specified otherwise. If an item is needed urgently, please let me know and this can usually be accommodated.
