Coupe jardinière en cristal de Baccarat, cristal overlay bleu cobalt.

Notre coupe appartient à la catégorie très supérieure des productions de la cristallerie Baccarat, répertoriée dans certains catalogues du début du siècle dernier.

Le décor très complexe et la perfection de son exécution permet de mesurer la suprématie technique de Baccarat. La jardinière est en cristal dit overlay, la surface étant recouverte dune fine couche de cristal bleu cobalt qui une fois taillée laisse apparaître la couche blanche par transparence.

Pièce ancienne datant davant 1936, elle ne porte pas la signature de la cristallerie, mais représentée dans le catalogue.

Belle pièce de collection en bon état : cristal limpide, petits éclats mineurs sur certains festons, quelques traces de frottement en dessous.
