Exceptionnelle carafe à vin en cristal de Baccarat très richement taillé, modèle Lorient.

Il sagit là dun des plus beaux services Baccarat que nous ayons eus entre les mains : en cristal fort, avec la très élégante forme ballon du modèle Maintenon (forme 6186 du catalogue Baccarat des Arts de la Table de 1916) et du modèle Paimpol (listé dans le catalogue de 1907 et dans le livre Old Baccarat Tableware) doté dune base taillée en étoile. Mais surtout le plus sophistiqué des motifs taillés : un entrecroisement de sillons séparant des motifs détoiles du plus grand raffinement, parfaitement exécutés. Ce genre de production extrêmement sophistiquée, entièrement taillée à la main et sans aucun décalage, place Baccarat au plus haut niveau des manufactures de cristal.

Notre carafe, production ancienne (fin du XIXe siècle vers 1890 ou 1900), ne porte pas la signature de Baccarat.

Très rare collector en très bon état.

Stunning Baccarat crystal wine decanter / bottle, Lorient pattern.
Beautiful, deeply and richly cut crystal model, one of the most luxurious and sophisticated patterns we ever had. The shape is listed in 1907 and 1916 tableware catalogs (same shape as Maintenon pattern). It is also the same shape as Paimpol pattern, listed in Old Baccarat Tableware book.

Antique production not signed.

Very rare model, collector in very good condition.
