Crafted from ultra-durable 6061-T6 aluminum, the MCH-HC Micro features a 3-piece design that's Type III Hard Coat anodized for added toughness. Engineered to perform in any weather, it is IPX-8 rated, meaning it can be submerged up to 100 feet for 24 hours without any loss of functionality. Proudly made in the USA, this flashlight is built to last.
Innovation:
The MCH-HC Micro comes with an industry-first Adjustable Negligent Discharge Protection system. This patented feature allows you to customize the tailcap to your specific needs—whether you prefer deep-pocket carry, belt attachment, or plate carrier integration. The protection rings can be swapped out easily to adjust the buttons feel.
A deep carry pocket clip, designed from heat-treated steel, offers optimal tension to keep the light secure in your pocket or attached to your gear. If you prefer a different carry style, the MCH Micro is fully compatible with aftermarket Thyrm® clips, including the popular Thyrm® Switchback.
Power:
With 800 lumens and 60,000 candela, the MCH-HC Micro provides exceptional lighting performance for a variety of scenarios. The light's Dual Fuel compatibility allows it to operate with either an 18350 battery or a CR123 battery, giving you flexibility in power sources. For best results, use the included unprotected, flat-top 18350 rechargeable battery. The MCH-HC Micro has been rigorously tested to meet ANSI/PLATO-FL1 standards.
In low-power mode, the MCH Micro transforms into an efficient administrative flashlight with extended run-times. This mode (10% output) is ideal for long-term illumination, making it perfect for bedside use, in vehicles, or in any other location where reliable, low-level light is needed.
(Note: Performance will degrade when using CR123A batteries, with reduced output of 25,000 Candela / 250 Lumens / 90+ minutes run-time.)
The MCH supports most button-top, unprotected cells but has limited compatibility with protected cells. We strongly recommend unprotected cells for optimal performance.
